To be successful in this role, you will combine strong clinical understanding with exceptional technological proficiency, a deep commitment to patient well-being, and an adaptable spirit keen on learning and collaboration.Responsibilities include answering phone calls and scheduling patient appointments, conducting patient pre-certification to ensure coverage for appointments and medical care, scheduling tests, procedures, and referral appointments, communicating with patients regarding appointments and instructions for procedures and tests, collecting insurance information and patient personal data, and may collect fees such as co-pays / co-insurance.
