Dialysis Technician

Bear Lake Memorial Healthcare is seeking a hard working, motivated, and dependable individual to perform patient care and clerical assistance in their Dialysis Department.

Essential duties include, but are not limited to:

• Assisting the Registered Nurse with patient dialysis
• Maintaining equipment and water systems
• Cleaning and sterilizing equipment
• Caring for patient's needs during dialysis
• Charting patient treatment information
• Assist as necessary with patient scheduling
• Work with Microsoft computer programs to complete flow sheets and checklists

Requirements:

• C.N.A preferred but not required.
• Previous experience in the medical field preferred.
• Must be motivated and dependable
• Strong written and oral communications skills
• Exceptional organizational and prioritization skills
• Proven ability to maintain confidentiality
• Ability to work autonomously and as a team member in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
• Computer proficiency (MS Office) essential
• High level of integrity
• Continued education and training as required
• Potential travel for required education and training
