I'm currently recruiting for a

Manufacturing Engineer

opportunity with

Signify , the world leader in lighting, at our

Littlestown, Pennsylvania

manufacturing facility. This is a great opportunity for

recent engineering graduates, early-career engineers, individuals with internship/co-op experience, or manufacturing professionals looking to grow their engineering career. We're looking for people who enjoy solving problems, improving processes, working with technology, and collaborating across manufacturing operations. What You'll Be Doing

Lead projects focused on improving production efficiency, quality, and manufacturing performance.

Support advanced manufacturing processes, including

3D printing and assembly operations .

Work with Operations, R&D, Quality, and other teams to launch new products.

Conduct time studies and improve manufacturing capacity planning.

Create work instructions, standard work, and quality standards.

Drive Lean Manufacturing and continuous improvement initiatives.

What We're Looking For

Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Engineering Technology, or a related field.

Internship, co-op, project, or manufacturing experience is welcomed.

Interest in manufacturing, process improvement, automation, or additive manufacturing.

Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.

Ability to work onsite in Littlestown, PA.

Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without current or future sponsorship.

Compensation & Benefits

Salary:

$61,060 - $81,410

(based on experience) Target Bonus:
