Job Description

• Assemble medical devices on multiple product lines.
• Follow work instructions and quality procedures.
• Complete production and Device History Records.
• Read and follow written manufacturing instructions.
• Cross-train on different assembly operations.
• Assist with training new assemblers.
• Support Lean Manufacturing initiatives.
• Report material shortages to supervisors.
• Maintain a clean and safe work area.
• Follow GMP, GDP, and clean room procedures.
• Work overtime or varying shifts as needed.
• Participate in continuous improvement activities.

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• 1-2 years of medical device or ISO assembly experience.
• 2-3 years of assembly experience without a diploma.
• Ability to read and follow work instructions.
• Basic math and computer skills.
• Able to work in a clean room environment.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Fine motor skills and manual dexterity.
• Ability to perform repetitive assembly tasks.

• Medical device manufacturing experience.
• Knowledge of GMP, GDP, and Lean Manufacturing.
• Experience using microscopes and measuring tools.
• Familiarity with soldering irons, ultrasonic welders, and test equipment.
• Basic Microsoft Windows proficiency.
