Safely transport patients to and from hospitals, rehabilitation centers, nursing homes, medical appointments, and healthcare facilities.
Assist wheelchair-bound and stretcher patients with professionalism, patience, and compassion.
Ensure patients are transported safely, comfortably, and respectfully.
Provide outstanding customer service to patients, family members, nurses, case managers, and healthcare professionals.
Complete electronic trip documentation using company-provided technology.
Conduct daily vehicle inspections and maintain a clean, organized, and professional vehicle.
Follow company safety procedures and transportation protocols.
Represent TLC Solutions of Florida with professionalism and integrity at all times.
Work directly with patients and healthcare professionals while developing skills that are highly valuable in healthcare careers.
Gain hands-on experience interacting with patients in hospitals, rehabilitation centers, nursing facilities, and healthcare settings.
Receive training in:
Patient movement techniques
Wheelchair transportation
Stretcher operations
Safe patient assistance procedures
Healthcare transportation protocols
Customer service in healthcare environments
